Amy Wheaton
Amy has over 20 years of experience in the interior design industry. Starting as a hobby and leading into being an owner of a residential remodeling company, she has honed her craft as a full-scale designer, bringing a unique blend of creativity and functionality to every project.
Specializing in creating thoughtfully scaled layouts, selecting finishes that range from up-cycled to high-end, with a focus on functional design that enhances how spaces are lived in and enjoyed. Her expertise lies in transforming homes into cohesive, beautifully curated environments that align with her clients’ lifestyles and visions

I have been working with Amy for over 5 years and all I can say is she is phenomenal. She listens to what her clients want, she gives her honest advice on what would work and what wouldn’t, and she is completely reliable. she has designed me a few barn doors, she has done a huge built in wall unit with lights, floating shelves, a sliding barn door with a dog crate hidden behind and then found all the pieces to add texture/design/finishing touches. She has painted fun designs on a floor for me, painted cabinets, added cool wall paper in places that needed texture. She had remodeled my previous house and designed every room. She is now helping me with my current build project. I completely trust her. She can creatively design any space anywhere with any budget. I would not work with anyone else besides her. If you want the best, work with Amy. You will not find better nor be disappointed in the end result!
Amy and the whole crew at Kvell were amazing. We needed to make our walkout basement into a warm, functional living space for my father. Amy came through and designed a space that fit my dad's needs, including a beautiful walk in shower, while keeping in mind our firm budget. The crew was timely and professional. Amy, Isaac, and crew refreshed our tired, old kitchen, dining room, and living room and the tranformation is stunning! I hired Kvell Design and Build to complete a handful of projects around my house.
